There are a lot of cats in Marrakech, by a lot I mean a shit ton. They were everywhere, kind of like stray dogs in Mexico City, here there are stray cats, even kittens. They would just roam around and chill. It was crazy.
In Marrakech (like most of the world), they are really into soccer. They follow European football very closely and there are some die hard fans, although they have never seen their team play. This is a tagging for Roma, although most people followed Barcelona or Real Madrid. I personally dig AtletÃco de Madrid, but they never win.
There was a group of kids skating in this square, and this is a post on the square. It's funny skater kids look the same everywhere. I was just in Sevilla, where thay had a mini skate park and those kids could easily be in LA, PB, or anywhere really.
This is the standard vehicle of Morocco. Most people ride these motorized bicycles, instead of cars of scooters. You can try to just manually pedal, but they seem to be quite heavy. Dig the Nike swoosh.
This is Essouira. It's on the coast about three hours away from Marrakech. We really wanted to go down on the beach but it was mostly rocks. So we wandered off the map we had and found a spot where there was sand. In the back there is a sick fort they have going on. Oh!! and while we were sitting down there, this crackhead came up to us asking for something (probably crack), so we told to go away. We peaced out shortly thereafter.
